My name is Cindy Johnson and I am the owner of Bed & Biscuit Pet Care located in San Antonio, Texas.

My unexpected career as a pet sitter began in the summer of 2005. A friend of mine was having a house built, and needed somewhere to board her Labrador Retriever for three months. It was not reasonable for her to use a traditional boarding facility, so I offered to care for "Buddy" until her house was finished. She insisted on paying me, so we negotiated a fair rate and I have been her preferred pet sitter ever since.

My love of animals began as a child. I was always finding new animals to adopt. I would bring home cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, and even rodents. My parents were more patient than most, probably because they loved the animals just as much as I did – although they wouldn’t admit it.

Being a pet owner myself – 2 black labs and 2 cats – I know how difficult it can be finding someone you trust that is willing to care for your pets while you are away. I absolutely love what I do, and you can relax knowing that your pets will receive all the love and attention they need in your absence.
